GSRP Enrollment Information
Children must be age 4 on or before September 1, 2023.
Required Documents necessary for enrollment:
-Great Start Readiness Preschool Application
-Birth Certificate or verification of birth
-Immunization Records for your child
-PROOF OF RESIDENCY, one document with address verification (mortgage/lease agreement, tax bill, utility bill, etc.)
-Parent/Guardian 2022 1040 taxes
